Korn: On The Path Of Totality

During their Path Of Totality tour, the band who coined the genre nu metal, Korn, successfully unleashed the beast throughout the city of Phoenix, Arizona, on Thursday, March 1, 2012 at Comerica Theatre, and left a path of destruction in their wake. Jonathan Davis (lead vocalist) masterfully utilized his haunting voice coupled with equally mesmerizing lyrics to cast a wickedly helpless spell over the crowd. While Korn’s powerful and alluring performance set their fans into a dark and foreboding trance. Anyone who has seen Korn in concert would agree that their show is like none other and will leave you craving more of the dark side.

James “Munky” Shaffer (lead guitarist) chimed in with his unforgettably hypnotic guitar riffs and deep, unnerving bass level voice while bassist, Reginald “Fieldy” Arvizu demonstrated just how powerful a bass guitar can be. Ray Luzier (drummer) maintained the band’s rhythm and energy as he pounded away at the skins. Korn members are not only capable of playing thrashing metal sounds, Jonathan opened the three band show introducing the crowd to his very own dubstep music mixes as his alter ego, JDevil.
