Ministry Of Sound isn't exactly the first name that pops up when we think of underground techno, but that brand new Underground Techno compilation that they're about to release does look dandy...

Okay, the compilation does not feature those obscure left field limited copy-only techno tunes you heard in that filthy old basement last weekend, but instead focuses on the more mainstream yet very ass-kicking stompers. Seriously, name just one thing that's not to like of a compilation featuring the likes of Carl Craig, Chris Liebing, Plastikman and Dustin Zahn.

Underground Techno brings together the producers and labels the scene has given birth to over the last 20 years plus offers you a cool overview of techno that's currently rocking floors worldwide. One to watch if you were looking for a decent techno compilation anyway.

Minstry of Sound Underground Techno will be released September 6th.
