Mayday Comes To HollandWritten by the B&B Crew Saturday, 02 July 2011 11:00 News - The legendary German festival Mayday is expanding its activities to the Netherlands. September 24th sees the arrival of Mayday Holland at the Klokgebouw, Eindhoven.
Mayday once started as an attempt to save the Berlin based radio station DT64, one of the first dedicated techno channels. The attempt to save it from going under failed, and DT64 went down, but it led to one of the most influential events in techno all over the world. 20 years after its inception it's now held in Poland, Belarus, Russia and this year also in the Netherlands. Mayday Holland is held at the monumental Klokgebouw, once part of the Phillips empire, it now is the perfect location for such a rave. On the roster we come across the names of Joris Voorn, Josh Wink, Len Faki, Steve Bug, Nic Fanciulli, and Davide Squillace amongst many others, spread across three rooms. Tickets for Mayday Holland are on sale now and cost € 35,- ex fee. Head over there to grab your tickets and we'll see you on September 24th! Line-up Mayday Holland
