Mark McGuire To Release New LP

Mark McGuire, part of the drone outfit Emeralds, is about to release a new solo LP entitled Get Lost. The release comes almost a year after his last solo LP; Living With Yourself.

Mark McGuire has been releasing music on his own for quiet some time now, but he really surfaced last year as part of the Emeralds. The drone band released a succesful LP last year entitled Does It Look Like I’m Here. After that release McGuire’s solo work has been getting more attention, including his upcoming solo work. Just as his previous works, Get Lost is a psychedelic and emotional affair with McGuire’s trademarked synth and guitar loops.

Get Lost will be released September 27th on Editions Mego.
