Lorn Releases Nothing Else

Marcus Ortega, better known as Lorn is set to release a new album later this week on Flying Lotus' Brainfeeder label. His latest album is entitled Nothing Else and is due for release June 7th.

The Illinois bases producer Lorn is best known for his hip-hop inspired beats which make him a perfect fit for the Brainfeeder imprint. The mood of his tracks though is much heavier than that of his label companions. You may be asking, do I know this guy? Well you could, since his latest single Cherry Moon has been played by the likes of BBC Radio 1's Mary Anne Hobbs and Pete Tong.

Nothing Else will be Lorn's first record since 2007' Grief Machine on VGR France, and to get an idea of what you can expect we advise you to head over to the Brainfeeder website where a few of his tracks are available as a free download!
