Justin K. Broadrick Goes Electronic As Pale Sketcher

imageNews -
It's always interesting to see guitarheads turning to electronic music, which is why we are looking forward to Pale Sketcher's forthcoming debut album on Ghostly International. The electronic-exploring LP JEsu: Pale Skecther Demixed will be released on August 4th.

Justin started his musical career in famed trash metal band Napalm Death and later on Gdflexh, and most recently launced a new project called Jese, which is more of a shoegaze/post-rock/metal blend. All pretty guitar influenced genres indeed, but Justin K. Broadrick always had an eye for the electronic side of music too.

This affection for electronic music can be seen in his solo adventures such as Final and his cooperation with Kevin Martin as Techno Animal. His talent for electronic music production can also be found on the 2007 Jesu album Pale Sketches, which was the group's most electronic effort until then. His new album sees tracks from this album getting an electronic makeover, with the result being an 8-track LP filled with deep electronic music without any traces of metal scraps left. Should be interesting.
