Jeff Mills To Release The Power

Techno pioneer Jeff Mills will release his new album The Power this April on his own Axis imprint...






A new Mills album is always something to look out to, and judging by the press text things are about to get very conceptual once more...

"Traveling four years throughout the Universe in search of discoveries has taken its mental toll and the price of an intervention is high. This album demonstrates the process of a person who gradually loses their sense of belonging. Obscure illusions brought on by an unique ability to control Electricity contracted in The Occurrence chapter creates an unwarranted threat to the world's International Security. Severe detachments evolve that pushes the mind beyond acceptable limits."

We were already aware of Mill's fascination with space / sci-fi technology (The Sleeper Wakes... etc), which thus far has resulted in a series of awesome releases. Needless to say, we're very much looking forward to this one... Album previews below!
