After Nick Warren, Timo Maas and Agoria, the next episode in the Balance series will be mixed and compiled by the Spanish DJ and producer Henry Saiz. The Natura Sonoris label boss has a wide taste in music which is perfect for the Balance series.
Henry Saiz is probably best known for his driving, progressive and melodic techno but he’s is well at home in the fields of ambient and experimental electronica as well. Furthermore he has produced music for TV and film, he is the front man of the band Tyrane, runs his own very varied podcast series Labyrinth and even finds some spare time to run his own imprint called Natura Sonoris. All of these influences are brought together in his upcoming Balance compilation.
Disc one is all about lo-fi, for which he used analogue formats only, while the second disc is said to be a bit more dance floor orientated, incorporating tracks by Ricardo Tober, Simon Garcia, AMyn and Okain. Henry Saiz furthermore included a bunch of unreleased tracks, exclusive collaborations and even debuts his Hal Incandenza moniker.
