British DJ/producer Gareth Emery and number #9 in DJ Mag's Top 100 of 2009 has just released his debut album Northern Lights on Napith Music. Here's the full rundown.

Gareth Emery's album includes dance floor tracks like Sanctuary and seamlessly changes momentum, executing his classical piano education with vitality and fresh euphoric energy on Too Dark Tonight and Fight The Sunrise. His tracks as Stars and Citadel are both suitable for those massive arena's as well as you home stereo system.

The first single of the album: Sanctuary, features vocals by Lucy Saunders. The album furthermore includes a wide array of vocal and instrumental cuts breaking the boundaries of genres and taking you through house, trance, techno and electro. "The nice thing now is that most people who come and see me play know that it's going to be quite varied, so they don't come expecting a straight up set of one style only. I love meeting fans of mine who don't really consider themselves trance fans," Gareth says. "There's a lot different styles on the album, but I don't think this will surprise anyone who knows a bit about me."
