Ellen Allien, owner of BPitch Control is about to release her fifth solo album titled Dust. The album, produced in cooperation with veteran producer Tobias Freund, will be released May 17th.

Two years after her last full blown album Sool, the German producer, DJ and fashion designer is back with a album sounding warmer than ever. The atmospheric soundscape differ completely from her earlier albums and the previews sound very promising. A steady array of beats, carefully crafted melodies and her own voice make an unique combination. Next to the computer produced beats and melodies there are live instruments incorporated in the album, a clarinet in the track My Tree and a guitar loops accompanies you through You. We at Beats & Beyond can't wait to submerge ourselves in to the sound of Ellen Allien's latest project.
