dOP To Release Greatest Hits Album

Parisian trio of all things sexy, soulful and drunk – dOP- will release their Greatest Hits album this October 4th on Circus Company. Greatest Hits? Don't worry, you didn't miss anything, as the album will be the outfit's first.

Greatest Hits features all of the group's previously unreleased tracks, aside from the first track which comes from their debut EP. As expected with dOP the style of the album is a blend of electronic music, live instruments, jazz, house and a carnavalesque atmoshpere.

The trio used an impressive amount of instruments to get to the result; horns, pianino, chinese flutes, harmonica, melodica, cajon, gongs... well you get the idea right? Guest appearances come from Andy Narell on steelpan drums, Raphael Gaiotti on the trumpet, and Aquarius Caloni on the mic. Other collabs include tunage ft. Seuil and Guillaume Coutu Dumont.

dOP's Greatest hits will be released on CD as a digital download and in a series of three 12-inches. Each of the three vinyls will include a track from the album plus additional remixes by Herbert, Ame and DJ Koze. We're eager to hear what the boys have come up with this time.
