It's 20 years ago that Dave Lee released the first track under his now revered Joey Negro moniker. Now, Dave's own Z-Records will celebrate two decades of Joey Negro with a 2-disc compilation looking back on the impressive career of the UK house honcho.
All tracks on this anniversary compilation are made by Dave Lee himself with the mixing being taken care of by Grant Nelson and DJ Spinna. The first disc features a wide array of house tunes under different monikers. All mixed together flawlessly by Grant Nelson you can expect a true summer soundtrack. DJ Spinna focuses on Lee's time in live act The Sunburst Band. The second disc includes remixes by Henrik Schwarz and Dennis Ferrer amongst others, while the third disc is an unmixed CD packed with exclusive edits, remixes and productions. Lovely.
