Dave DK Mixes Retake One

Dave DK is about to serve up a new mix CD entitled Retake One which will be released on the Moodmusic imprint. The 17 track compilation include cuts by Superpitcher, Sasse, Ada, DJ Koze and Dave DK himself.

Dave DK has a long history with Moodmusic. He released his debut LP Lights and Colours on Sasse's label back in 2007 as well as three well received EPs. For this 80 minutes compilation he used mostly vinyl to 'ensure a warm and organic sound all over the album'. Praiseworthy.

The 17-track mix features three exclusive cuts: Axel Boman’s Cinquenta, Citycobra’s Fesh Simple and Dave DK’s Will Be Gone.  These three tracks will be released on a separate 12” later this year, with the compilation itself being released November 1^st.
