Damn Those Ashes

Mother Nature is messing up a weekend of fun by burping out a immense cloud of ashes. After the volcanic eruption on Iceland, most airports across Europe have closed down, leaving loads of DJs stranded.

A volcano at the Eyjafjallajokull glacier, near Iceland’s Capital is responsible for all this misery. After erupting, the volcano launched an immense cloud of ash into the air. The result? The biggest air travel shutdown since the 9/11 bombings. And a lot of panicking DJs at airports the world over.

The last 3 days sees a impressive rise in burn out victims under party promoters. Especially the guys at Coachella have been hit hard. Their line-up includes superstar DJs like Tiesto, Deadmau5, Benny Benassi and Flying Lotus. Paul Tollet luckily kept his cool and assured us in the Wall Street Journal that “Our headliners are fine, but there’s maybe a dozen bands in question”. Other acts though such as Booka Shade, Sebastion Ingrosso, Dave Seaman, James Zabiela amongst other have been caught of guard and are stuck. In the meanwhile check out our live feed to see where your favourite artist is and if he will be making to the club of your choice this weekend.
