UK Drum 'n bass imprint Critical Recordings celebrates their 50th release in the form of a digital compilation aptly titled Critical Sound of Drum & Bass.

Critical Recordings was launched in 2002 and has released EPs by many highly respected artists from the global DnB scene such as Calibre, Breakage, Spectrasoul and more recently Icicle and Rockwell. For their 50^th release will be a collection of tracks from their catalogue featuring classics such as Rockafella and Cold Sweat and more recent tracks such as Underpass and Redlines. Already own the entire Critical back catalogue? Don’t worry: Stray, Synkro, Hybris, ED:IT and Pessimist pop up to deliver fresh tracks. We're not too big a fan of the genre these days, but if you're a DnB buff then this one's for you. Check out the preview vid below.
