Coachella Festival To Be Held Twice

We're ten months away from the actual happenings, but the Coachella crew revealed today that the next edition of the massive festival will span not one but two weekends...

Yeah, you've read that correctly...that's two Coachella weekenders for you right there. The first edition will take place April 13 – 15, with the second one going down the weekend after, April 20 -22. Both will feature the same line-up, same art, same location and probably even some of the same visitors.

The reason for the two identical festivals is the overwhelming interest this year, resulting in many people unable to attend. With having two Coachella's the organization is hoping to give everyone the possibility of getting a ticket without needing to rely on those scammy illegitimate sources... and it's twice the profit, of course.

Weekend passes go on sale Friday June 3th until June 10^th. This advance sale will be the only opportunity to take advantage of the Coachella payment plan. Passes will be available through a payment plan of 10% down and 8 equal monthly payments or by payment in full. The price of three-day passes remains at $269,- plus fees.
