Claude Monnet's Massive Back2Fundamentals Contest

Claude Monnet, purveyor of all things urban, house, artistic and electronic, is preparing to release the 2nd instalment in the Back 2 Fundamentals compilation series. And to celebrate, he is giving away a buttload of hot prizes in the form of a music, art & lifestyle contest...




Back 2 Fundamentals Act 2, as the release is titled, will be a a collection of the best and most popular tracks released from Claude’s label SSOH, with a succession of 12” releases beginning today that will run throughout the year into 2012. But there's more: An exciting competition is about to get your creative muscles working as Claude explores his passion and energy towards contemporary art. Check it out...

Part One:
In the first competition, Claude invites the public to create their own stencils – these can be whatever you desire as long as they are conducive to music and art or the idea of B2F.

The three winners will not only see their stencils featured on www.backtofundamentals.com and in Graphotism, the world’s biggest graffiti magazine, but will also bag the following killer prize packages:

1st Place
– Native Instrument Maschine (worth E475.00), Pioneer HDJ 1000 Ltd Edition (Gold or Black) Headphones (worth E250.00), a Traktor Scratch Duo (worth E349.00) and a limited edition Eric Orr Serrato Vinyl Control Disc (worth E39.00)

2nd Place

Head to www.backtofundamentals.com, from March 28thth – April 17th to get the lowdown on the T’s and C’s and begin designing! Voting takes place between April 18th and April 24th – and you could be in with a chance of winning

Part Two:
The winning three designs will then made available to the public far and wide to make use of in further artistic endeavors. Log on to www.backtofundamentals.com, download the three winning stencils and use the urban landscape as your canvas.
Without damaging the landscape around you but merely adding to its history – you name it, any surface or imaginative canvas is waiting to be adorned with the winning three stencils (within reason).
Once again the three winning artists will be featured on www.backtofundamentals.com and in Graphotism, as well as picking up these mind-blowing prizes:

You have from April 26th 2011 until the closing date of May 15th 2011 to submit your photo entries.
Voting for the winning three photographs submitted will take place between May 16th and May 30th 2011.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Participant will be responsible for their use of stencils. The Participant warrants that the stencils not infringe on the copyright, patent, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
The company will not be responsible for destruction and/or deterioration and/for the damages caused by the Participant to movable property and/or real estate public and/or private.
If the stencils are selected by the company, the Participant will have to sign a contract with the company and grants all the intellectual property rights to the company.
The Participant is informed that this contract cannot be modified.
The Winner will be informed by email or phone. He/she will be contacted within 3 (three) weeks after the close of the competition to confirm the nature of the prizes and his/her address. The Winner cannot contest, change or ask the payment of the price of these prizes. Before the delivery of these prizes, the Winner will have to perform the conditions defined in the rules and prove his/her identity.
