Voting for the winning three photographs submitted will take place between May 16th and May 30th 2011. TERMS & CONDITIONS The Participant will be responsible for their use of stencils. The Participant warrants that the stencils not infringe on the copyright, patent, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights of any third party. The company will not be responsible for destruction and/or deterioration and/for the damages caused by the Participant to movable property and/or real estate public and/or private. If the stencils are selected by the company, the Participant will have to sign a contract with the company and grants all the intellectual property rights to the company. The Participant is informed that this contract cannot be modified. The Winner will be informed by email or phone. He/she will be contacted within 3 (three) weeks after the close of the competition to confirm the nature of the prizes and his/her address.
