Carl Craig To Tour Live Under His 69 Moniker

As part of the celebrations for the 20th anniversary of his Planet-E imprint, Detroit producer Carl Craig will be embarking on his first ever live tour under his 69 guise. The tour brings him to Detroit, London, Frankfurt, Paris, Amsterdam and Gent.

Carl Craig produced and released his very first ever EP for his Planet-E imprint back in 1991 under his 69 moniker. The track 4-Jazz Funk Classics was inspired by his love for the disturbing sound and vision of English avant-garde group Throbbing Gistle. After that first EP he released many more amazing tracks including Sound On Sound, Jam The Box, Desire, Pungtang and the LP The Sound Of Music.

During his tour, Carl Craig will perform a selection of his best 69 tracks live, complemented by masks, darkness and “retina popping” visuals. Check out his tour schedule below to see when he will be in a city near you!
