Brian Eno Joins Warp RecordsWritten by the B&B Crew Tuesday, 03 August 2010 20:20 News - Breaking news: Former Roxy Music keyboard player, legendary producer and ambient pioneer Brian Eno will release and album on the legendary Warp imprint later this year. Ho-ly shit. There is not much more information in the open at the moment, but guitarist Leo Abrahams says he's recently been recording with Eno. "There's an album out soon by Brian Eno, with myself and Jon Hopkins. It contains the fruits of several years of jams between the three of us. I've not heard anything quite like it-- it sounds 'live' and 'alien' at the same time. Some things have been permitted to survive, which only Brian would have had the courage to let go, and it's so much the better for it." However, these quotes have just as fast disappeared from Abrahams' own website. A recent documentary on the BBC about Brian Eno showed that he's still extremely interested in technology, uses Logic and other Apple product and is still piling up as much synthesizers into his studio as possible.
