Booka Shade are about to release More!, their first full artist album in two years. The album is scheduled for a worldwide release on May 3^rd on Get Physical, and if all material is as brilliant as album outtake Regenerate, thins one's gonna be an absolute killer.

 

Booka Shade are about to release More!, their first full artist album in two years. The album is scheduled for a worldwide release on May 3^rd on Get Physical, and if all material is as brilliant as album outtake Regenerate, this one’s gonna be an absolute killer. 

A sneak preview of the album is available at the Booka Shade website, where you can also get your hands on Regenerate in exchange for your email address. We’ve been playing that one to death over the past few days here at the B&B HQ, and we’re pretty sure this one will put a big, big smile upon your face. It’s hot. God damn. The first official EP will be Bad Love and features Chelonis R. Jones on vocals. The EP is slated for a April 19^th release.

Ever since their first release on the Touche imprint, Booka Shade’s melodic tech-house has gathered a large following the world over. Previous albums Memento and Movement are regarded milestones in the genre, while 2008’s The Sun & The Neon Light saw the boys getting a bit more experimental. And we all know what that caused: mixed reviews and a rather lame album to say the least.
