Black Devil Disco Club Announces Circus

Fans of pitch black Moroder-esque disco and sinister electro beware! The super obscure Black Devil Disco Club is readying its third album and it's rigged with exciting collabs...

The new album will be titled Circus and follows up the 28 After LP, which was released nearly 30 years after the now extremely rare first LP Disco Club from 1978. Fixed band member Bernard Fevre has been performing live on rare occasions over the past few years, as well as having released a handful of EPs such as the superb The Devil In Us (watch below) and I Regret The Flower Power.

Circus features a handful of notable guests from the pop, disco and electro scene: Nancy Sinatra, Afrika Bambaattaa, The Horrors, Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, Nancy 'La Voix' Fortune, Yacht and Nicolas Kerr of Poni Hoax fame have all confirmed to feature on album tracks. Lo Recordings will release the album on April 12th, 2011.
