Proof that warm music can be made anywhere comes in the form of Kokning, Bjorn Torske's fourth album that will be released this November...







Torske hails from Tromso, a city just 300 kilometers shy of the arctic circle. There must be something in the air there, as some of Norway’s best electronic music come from that area: Royksopp and Biosphere.

Torske’s fourth album continues where he had left off with his third album, blending Balearic house, cosmic disco and his trademarked 'Skrange-house'. The album has been recorded by putting an array of instruments and objects in various rooms with varying acoustics after which all was edited and cut up into tracks. Arty.

Torske’s Kokning will be released November 1st on Smalltown Supersound and will consist of unreleased material only.
