Now here's a once-in-a-lifetime deal: Buzzin' Fly totem and celebrated DJ/producer Ben Watt is selling 10,000 of his records for charity. Looks like the Three Spirits Of Christmas have paid him an early visit...
But seriously: Watt's commiting a very noble act by selling a part of his huge record collection, of which 50% of the profits will go directly to UK Homeless charity Shelter. The bulk has been divided into hand selected packages of five records each for £25. It's all house music, and we're assured that "each single has played a part in one of Ben's sets over the past 15 years." A win-win situation, so it seems: you get a couple of classic cuts whilst at the same time making a lot of people very happy.
