The album consists of reworks of Basement Jaxx’s back catalogue featuring the mighty sixty-piece Metropole orchestra and a twenty-voice choir. Besides, some of their earlier collaborators are featured as well, including the American singer Lisa Kekaula who’s voice was heard on Good Luck. The abum is produced by Basement Jaxx’s own Felix Buxton and London conductor Jules Buckley and will appear on Atlantic Jaxx. The record features both studio recordings, as well as live recordings from the one and only live performance Basement Jaxx and the Metropolo Orkest to date, earlier this year in Eindhoven. The LP will be released simultaneously with the live performance that’s is scheduled at the London Barbican Hall, July 11th. Tracklist
