Army Of Navy Announce The Last PlaceWritten by the B&B Crew Monday, 23 May 2011 18:14 News - The California based indie pop outfit Army Navy announced the release of their second album entitled The Last Place. The LP will see release thru the band's own record label; The Fever Zone.
Army Navy was born in the bedroom of Justin Kennedy, who in his early days played with Ben Gibbard, part of Death Cab For Cutie. The Last Place follows the bands critically acclaimed, self released debut LP. After the release back in 2008, the band were able to finance this second LP all on their own. The Last Place has been recorded in LA at Fireproof Recordings and was produced by Adam Lasus, who produced earlier work of the band. Army Navy's second album will be released on their own The Fever Zone imprint, July 12th. But prior to the release, The Last Place will be featured as the next coveted eMusic “Selects” pick from June 14th to July 12th.
