Aril Brikha’s To Departure In Time Once AgainWritten by the B&B Crew Friday, 19 November 2010 13:00 News - January 24th sees the re-release of Aril Brikha’s debut album Deeparture in Time. At the time of it’s original release it indicated the arrival of Aril Brikha and made him one of the few artists outside Detroit to be released on the Transmat imprint. Originally entitled Deeparture in Time, the album was the arrival of the then 24-year old Iranian but Sweden-based Aril Brikha. He was one of the lucky few outside Detroit to get a release on Derrick May’s renowned Transmat Label. Tracks from the album have grown to become all-time classics, with featured track Groove La Chord doing a perfect job in merging the best aspects of house and techno. Deeparture in Time – Revisited features all of the original tracks and includes a second disc with tracks recorded between 1995 and 1999. Most of those tracks are previously unreleased. The LP will be released on Brikha’s own label Art of Vengeance and is scheduled for January 24th. Watch out for this one boys and girls... TracklistCD1 1. Embrace 2. Ottil 3. Sweet Lullaby 4.
