Dutch prodigy Applescal (Pascal Terstappen to his folks) is about to release his second artist album on April 19th. Entitled A Mishmash Of Changing Moods, the album will see a release on Applescalâ€™s home label Traum Schallplatten.

The Beatsandbeyond crew went bananas upon listening to his first album A Slaveâ€™s Commitment back in 2008. A thrilling blend of IDM, electronica, filthy acid stabs and nasty jacking tech house, the release saw Pascal being catapulted to international recognition while De:Bug magazine dubbed him 2010â€™s break through artist. Canâ€™t possibly argue with that.

A Mishmash Of Changing Moods has been put together using a more conceptional production method, which has lead to 14 brand new gems that all carry that trademarked Applescal sound while also showcasing his developments in producing genre-bending music. We recently got our mitts on an upfront copy and we canâ€™t say anything else than that the youngster delivered again. Classy, cinematic and dynamic electronic music that will be stuck in your CD-player for months to come!
