Alton Miller Is Light Years Away

Deep house honcho Alton Miller is on the verge of releasing his new long-awaited album Light Years Away. The album will be released November 15th on Mixed Signal Music. 

Alton Miller hails from the Detroit house scene of the late 80’s and early 90’s and has released an astonishing 40 releases ever since on some the most influential and respected labels out there including Transmat, Planet E and more. The producer is inspired by the Motown and Parliament Funkadelic sound as well as, how could it be any different, legendary DJ’s such as Ron Hardy and Frankie Knuckles. And this is definitely something we can hear on his upcoming Light Years Away LP.

The album consists out of 14 deep, soulful tracks with the occasional guest vocalist from time to time from Abacus, former Funkadelic group member Amp Fiddler and Stephane Vera & Angelique. Light Years away will be released November 15th on the Mixed Signals imprint.
