Dutch house jock and producer Nick van de Wall, aka Afrojack , has been nominated for a Grammy Award for his remix of Madonna’s Revolver.

Afrojack and David Guetta produced the remix in 2010 and after which it got released on Warner Brothers Music. The club version went high up in the charts and it’s been described as one of the standout commercial dance crossover hits of last year.

After the track got nominated for a Grammy, fans of Afrojack noticed his name was missing from the credits of the One Love Club remix. His management immediatly got on to the case and after some back and forthing between them and the Grammy organisation it has now been made official: Afrojack will be credited properly and thus is nominated for that Grammy as well.

“It was hard not to be able to say anything about this”, says Afrojack, “but we had to wait on the Grammys come back to us. And now, I guess its official! I would like to thank David for asking me to collaborate with him on this remix in the first place, and for his help in getting my role in this recognized”.
