Ah, Autechre. Sometimes you don’t hear from them for months and the other moments they flood the globe with exciting projects. The radio show is one thing we’re looking out for (Valium, check. Coffee, check…), but there’s much more the boys will unveil these coming months. March 22nd sees the release of their long awaited new album Oversteps on Warp Records, while Autechre’s Sean Booth has launched a new project together with Kouhei Matsunaga (NHK) and Mika Vainio of Pan Sonic. Recently, the outfit dropped a three-track EP titled 3. Telepathics Me In-sect Er Connection (IDM and odd song titles seem to match perfectly) on Important Records).
Plenty of stuff worth looking out form, we say.
