They're among the biggest acts in trance and progressive today: Above & Beyond. Hailing from the UK, the outfit (consisting of Jono Grant, Tony McGuinness, and Paavo Siljamäki) have made it big with their powerful trance compositions that not rarely have a huge poppy vibe to them. Last year, their efforts were rewarded with a respectable no. 4 spot in the Top 100 DJ Poll.

Today, Above & Beyond continues to tour the world with gigs at sold-out venues whilst also spending a lot of time in the studio in between. Over the course of ten years, the group has been releasing tunes that made it to many trancer's all time fave, such as their massive 2005 hit single Air For Life, or the Satellite EP released under their Oceanlab moniker. Above & Beyond also have their own record label Anjunabeats that -among many other cuts- has been releasing the Anjunabeats compilations, regarded by many as solid representations of their sound today, and trance music in general.
