Anyone in the know about techno music is quite aware of one of the world's most prominent DJ's/producers, Paul Oakenfold. The London based lad spun his melodic gems for the overzealous onlookers assembled at the Marquee Theater in Tempe, Arizona on Wednesday, October 20, 2010.

Paul is currently on the North American leg of his Facelift tour showcasing songs from his Pop Killer album along with his forever enduring mega-hits spanning his twenty years in the techno world. It is quite evident that Paul's musical influences stem from his many years collaborating with rhythm & blues, jazz, and punk rockers. Mixing his ingeniously produced creations with tunes from Red Hot Chili Peppers, U2, Madonna, Justin Timberlake, and even Radiohead, he effortlessly made them his own.

Paul is certainly no novice when it comes to sensing his fans’ desires as he performed his blend of energizing sounds and pulsating lights which kept the dancing gatherers animated throughout the night. Not only is his musical talent second to none, but Paul's genuine love and passion for his craft is more than infectious and comes through in each resonating beat.
