The Timewriter - Superschall EP

imageDeep House -

Seasoned deep house DJ/producer The Timewriter returns with a brand new EP featuring the track Superschall (taken from his last album), a remix by M.in as well as an exclusive new track. Oh glory.

Jean F. Cochois has been in the game since the early nineties, and we’ve heard a vast array of high quality house coming from the man ever since. Superschall was one of the highlights from his Tiefschon album which was released last year, and here’s why: coated in warm emotive sounds, the tune builds up from a sweaty intro to an atmospheric groover with awesome synth waves in the second half. Very deep and proggy stuff. M.in puts even more flavor to the mix by adding techy elements to the mix, resulting in a very playful cut in which especially the killer percussion bits stand tall. Completing the EP is a brand new track called Velvet Halo, an emotive blend of dreamy strings, echoing fx and superb melodies too. A track for mid-summer Ibiza beaches, hands down.

Our verdict:
The Timewriter shows off his specialization in creating fab deep house with loads of atmosphere once again. Lovely stuff, make sure to check it out.
