Progressive - Christian Smith’s Tronic imprint takes a darker turn with this collaborative EP from Sebrok & Tassilo with Sian on remix duties.
Tresor resident Sebrok and Pan Pot’s Tassilo Ippenberger serve up a mid-paced and very progressive piece of mutated house and techno with layers of dark bass and reverb’d waves in the background topping a chunky beat. With wild siren pitches near the end, this one’s a real club destroyer with an unmistakable Tronic touch. Sian’s remix is an even deeper mix for peak time action with a rushing beat structure fueling a thick blend of roaring synths and the original sirens. A stunning blow to the ears.
Our verdict:
A great EP with two very powerful tracks. Tronic strikes again.
