Systematic Recordings boss Marc Romboy teams up with Detroit Grand Pubah's Paris The Black Fu, to pay tribute to the dark mood of Detroit Techno on Dark n Lovely.

And Dark n Lovely it is! The original track revolves around a menacing kick with filthy bass pulses on top, and slowly transforms into a fierce Detroit techno stomper. The oldschool percussion elements may sound basic but add a powerfl drive around the middle parts. Heavy stuff. Popping up for remix duties is Kenny Larkin, whose remix is a more trippy version of the original with low keys, several haunting synth layers and a jacking groove.

Our verdict:
Systematic delivers again with two awesome house/techno mutations for the darkest of clubs.
