The amount of promos we get in every day is insane, insane I tell ya, and we can imagine your time is too valuable to waste hours on the net searching for that one perfect beat. Let’s check out some of this week’s deliveries to see which ones are definitely worth raiding Beatport for…
Nicole Moudaber - Feline EP (Intec Digital)
Carl Cox protégé Nicole Moudaber's latest EP is another swirling mash of punchy house and fierce rocking techno. Title track Feline is a powerful techno stomper with a dark twist and several great FX, while Watcha Playin' adds even more bounce to the ounce with booming kickdrums and monstrous techno cymbals capable of blowing any clubber out of their socks. Closing track Tears Of Clivet is more tech-house based but still kicks like a mule.

Douglas Greed - Storytelling EP (International Deejay Gigolos
Douglas' first release on Gigolo is a slow-moving fuse of super evil electro bass and minimal house with an experimental touch. Go Down On You is a sex-induced piece of house for the dirty minded, after which Krautpolka drops a blend of analog-sounding drums and deep house elements. A Club's Gotta Be Dirty starts off like any other track but soon enough turns into a devilish house stomper, while Resist closes things with filthy jacking acid and repeated vocals. The best track of them all.

Christian Smith - Get It Done EP (Tronic)
Christian Smith keeps on dropping the one hot cut after the other, and this one is no different. Although it lacks the progressive twist we're used to hear in his productions, this vintage belter has everything it takes to destroy a dancefloor. Heavy on the snares, low on the bass, absolutely bloody stunning.

Sebastien Leger - Grey Sky & Yellow Coconuts / Packbo (Mistakes Music)
Two tracks on Seb's new EP. Grey Sky & Yellow Coconuts is a rumbling tech-house floorfiller with a hot Balearic vibe, while Packbo turns things up a nudge with a slightly mental techno affair. Both are awesome.
Rating: 7.5/10 | Release: December 2011
Vince Watson - Interference (Tresor)
New stuff from Vince Watson is always worth the wait. The title track deliversa the goods in the form of a highly energetic techno blast with subtle synth bass and pulsating waves in the middle part, The Secret is a more melodic and Detroitian piece of techno excitement, while the beatless Melody version works well as a DJ tool. Proper stuff again.

Jay Haze - I Can Love You (Supernature)
Haze's latest work gets a release on Audiofly's Supernature label, and it is definitely worth checking out if you like your electronics experimental and awesome. I Can Love You is a slightly distured view on house music but god damn it, it is good. Paranoid house music riddled with jaw-dropping fx. Chamber Of Love. Chamber Of Love is a much more 'normal' piece of deep house delight, Snoop Hang Low's techy and dubby, while Jay's co-op with Tyree Cooper on Third Eyez Open is a very melodic Detroit-ish house/techno tripper. But I Can Love You alone is worth the download.
Rating: 8.4/10 | Release: January 11nd, 2012
Marco Bailey - Oriental Concept EP (Bedrock)
Techno veteran Bailey teams up with John Digweed's Bedrock label once again for a full-on progressive techno ride in the four of four tracks including a remix by Alexander Kowalski. Opening track Lotus is an emotive and semi-epic combination of entrancing synthesizers and booming beats, which Alexander Kowalski turns into a darker stomper of equal brilliance. K4West is the most progressive one of the bunch and sadly also a bit over the top, but luckily Oriental Disco is there to save the day with a wicked Techniasia-esque punch.
