BnB Presents We Are E | Eva Maria PodcastWritten by the B&B Crew Podcast - All good things come to an end: the BnB Presents We Are E Podcast series has arrived at the very last chapter. Closing things in style is Amsterdam-based Eva Maria, who serves up a spicy dish of house and techno grooves. After finishing school Eva Maria moved to the Dutch capital Amsterdam, where she soon befriended people with the same passion for the electronic spectrum. This shared love for music led to a growing interest and sparked a new passion: DJ-ing. After buying two old turntables and a mixer she was practicing day and night and not much later she debuted at a Search For Talent in Amsterdam. Her debut kick started her career and since that cold December back in 2004 she fulfilled deck duty at some major bashes world wide. Looking at her resume you’ll find events and clubs like the infamous Burning Man, Sunwaves festival, Awakenings, Sensation White, Dance Valley, Mysteryland, Extrema Outdoor, Watergate, Robert Johnston, Paradiso and the list goes on and on. Everywhere she goes she makes the crowd move with her catchy house tunes. Eva slowed down in organizing her events Parkroom and Putsch to concentrate more on future goals. These goals include producing music and maybe running her own record label. Before you dive in to this last episode and are overwhelmed by Eva Maria’s house vibes we would like to point out we will publish an overview of all podcast next week. So be sure to check back and don’t forget to read the interview with Eva below! • Hi Eva, how are you? Anything you would like to tell our readers about this podcast? Nothing special to tell really about my mix. I made it with a lot of love and I hope the music tells the story by itself and that everyone likes it’s! • In our intro we mention you have slowed down with your events and want to focus more on producing music and starting your own record label. How are things going? The label is not something for the near future unfortunately. My close friends have really successful labels and I see the struggle to be profitable first hand. • You have been performing all over the world, any specific gig stands out? • Any other cool news or sneak previews we have not covered yet? If you wanna have a little glimpse of my production skills so far, pay attention to this mix, there’s one of my unfinished tracks in there (:
